Je suis déjà à fond sur in order to amaze de pit hartling mais ça ça a l'air génial... Aussi... Je ne sais plus où donner de la tête.... J'essaie aussi de me mettre au FI.... Je recherche des journées de 56h désespérément...

Cette routine est assez simple mais je pense que sur un public classique cela doit très bien fonctionner et avoir un bon impact.
