One of the ideas commonly suggested was to create additional projects that would not only feature live shows but also include books, podcasts, and videos. To achieve this with the quality I strive to bring to my projects, I needed to become a producer of sorts, something I have done before, but always with the support of others. I began researching and studying, developing new skills that would enable me to be confident in pursuing this. I spoke with friends and gradually developed a concept that I felt would be a lot of fun: TIME FOR MAGIC, a Creative Studio for Magic & Storytelling. This will be the driving force behind the various projects you will see, which will explore new innovative aspects of my work and my vision.

What happens when I create a new show? How does creativity work together with my present knowledge and my past memories to conceive a future piece? Where do I learn real secrets from? These and many other questions are the genesis behind this work, which delves into very personal aspects of my life and work.

How to Disappear is a limited edition book with a caveat: it’s not just a book. This multilayered project is simultaneously a book, a show, a memoir, an interactive experience, a practical guide, and a private tour to my work. Comprising only 1,000 copies, all numbered and signed by me, the “book” is mainly written and is now ready to enter the final stages of proofreading. Only one thing is missing in the book: YOU.

The book is not finished, but all I can write is written and a large part of the design is already in place. But there is one chapter I can’t write without you! Why? As this book is also a performative piece, one chapter requires answers and footage to be explicitly recorded for it. To do so, I am launching a pre-order for those who wish to reserve their copy in advance and belong to the selected group that will be an active part of the work. As a perk, participants can have their name printed in this limited edition or even be a visible part of the experience others will have.
