AZOTH à écrit : comme dit Morax, se procurer des bouquins de "référence" (le Dif au minimum... wink je sens que ça va hurler...) Pas du tout ......Max Dif a compilé des documents et a utilisé ce qu'il était possible d'avoir comme information à l'époque. Il a intéressé de nombreux magiciens soucieux de l'histoire de notre Art. Dans les références Thibault pourrait commencer par le livre d'or de ceux qui ont eut un nom dans la magie . Ce livre de Robelly est le fruit de recherches intenses et malgré tout il y a quelques flop comme la date du décès de Cléverman. IL Y A beaucoup de magiciens et cette liste correspond plus à notre territoire. Regardons chez nous !!! Après la sortie du livre il a continué ses recherches et préparé un complément qui n'a jamais vu le jour. Le jour ou le premier travail (Les magiciens cités dans le Livre d'or) seront sur le site je suis d'accord à apporter le complément que je possède . Souvent les magicos ont laissé des écrits et consulter la Bibliographie de Christian Fechner peut livrer des noms qui doivent apparaitre dans la liste des magiciens. J' ai une base de données contenant des informations sur près de 5000 magiciens. Petit cadeau pour Thibault un magicien à quelques fois eu plusieurs pseudo ou a repris son nom officiel . Pickmann en est un exemple car au début il se nommait Alberti. Comme il est décédé à Rouen je pense que celà va booster Thibault et lui donner une idée de la tâche. Il a eu d'autres noms mais outre son immense succès il a joué sur les planches (peu de temps et en remplacement ) du Théâtre Robert-Houdin et Jean Eugène s'était déplacé pour le voir lors de son passage à Blois....

Pour ROBIN voir sur VM...... "Robin déformé dans le livre Paris, Capitale de l'Art". Donc inutile de vouloir refaire le monde avec des supputations !!!!! Robin était un magicien contemporain de Robert-Houdin qui a toujours voulu devenir aussi célèbre que le maitre ....de là a être son rival !!!!! Henri Robin Prénom: Henri Nom: Robin Alias: Henri Robin Naissance: 12 juillet 1811 Décès: 24 février 1874 Biographie: Ce magicien était le Robert-Houdin n°2 et était d'ailleurs son adversaire direct! Il s'intéressait comme Houdin à l'optique, à la physique et écrit de nombreux livres. Il présenta avant Robert-Houdin le tour de la bouteille inépuisable, ce qui lui en donne la paternité. Désolé mais compte-tenu de tout ce qu'il y a sur Robin sur VM je considère que ce qui a sur le site ART OF MAGIC est inquiétant et nuisible à l'histoire de la magie. Robin adversaire de Robert-Houdin , certainement un scoop !!!!! mais il faut argumenter..... Robin était le Robert-Houdin n°2 du grand n'importe quoi........ Christian Fechner a tout décortiqué ...... AVANT de rédiger des fiches il faudra vérifier historiquement les INFORMATIONS et ne pas reprendre les inepties avancées par les uns et les autres. Je suis d'accord pour un site sérieux mais pas pour un site comme celui qui est actuellement proposé. Donc mon cher Thibault ton intention est louable mais le résultat est olé olé. Il y a des informations qui peuvent évoluer, par contre ne pas écrire que Robin s'appelait Donckele et écrire que son nom était Robin et que son alias était HENRI ROBIN ......N'EST PAS ACCEPTABLE Robelly (livre d'or), Virtual magie , la revue de la presti, l'escamoteur etc.... tous l'ont précisé. Dans quelle base de données parle t on de MIRELDO ???? Dans le livre de Noel Daniel "Magic. 1400s–1950s. Livres TASCHEN" sur lequel j'ai travaillé plusieurs semaines j'avais réussi a placer une photo de Mireldo. Faible concession de la suprématie anglo-américaine à l'égard des francais . Evidemment Robert-Houdin était hors compétition. Faire de la pub pour des sites qui zappent les magiciens francais me semble pas une bonne initiative ........(voir commentaire Petitbonhomme) De nombreux anciens magiciens français n'apparaissent nulle part !!!!

POUR DECREMPS il a certainement ete le premier marchand par correspondance.....a la fin de certains ouvrages il y avait une feuille a decouper pour commander des choses. Les ouvrages ayant encore ce feuillet a decouper sont recherches.
